My Current Blush Picks

Hello!

Being the blush fiend that I am, my makeup bag usually houses atleast 3 blushes. I know it’s too much! I mean, who needs to have atleast 3 blushes in one makeup bag on a daily basis?! Apparently, I do! Haha. Anyway, these past few weeks, I’ve been loving two blushes and have been using them interchangeably!

Ellana Mineral Cosmetics Lip & Cheek Cream Color in Deep Peach

Ellana has really stepped it up this year with their products! I have a few of their mineral blushes and I really love those! But, I find myself reaching for this lip & cheek cream color in Deep Peach so often! I  know it’s supposed to work on the lips as well but I don’t like the feel of this product on the lips! I find it to be a bit dry on the lips. But as a blush, it’s perfect!

I love how its peachy pink tone complements my skin tone. This product is nicely pigmented and has a very creamy texture which makes it very easy to apply and blend! It lasts quite long (3-5 hours) on my oily skin as well!

The Balm Cabana Boy

Cabana Boy has such a loyal following in the beauty community that I knew purchasing this blush would not be a mistake! I love, love, love this blush! It’s such a beautiful mauve-ish pink color with tiny specks of glitter in it! I don’t usually go for glittery blushes but the glitters in Cabana Boy are so itty-bitty that you won’t look like a disco ball!

This blush has good pigmentation that you only need to lightly tap your brush into it to pick up the right amount of color. It is also very long lasting that I still notice a nice flush on my cheeks even at the day of the day!

There is nothing wrong with carrying 2 or 3 blushes! 🙂 You’ll want a pinky blush, a peachy blush and whatever else you might like 😀 Totally normal. I’m currently obsessing over my Hourglass blush and I love The Balm Instain Blushes as well.
