My Tried and Tested Drugstore Favorites

As we continue on Drugstore Week, today’s post is about my tried and tested drugstore favorites. These are drugstore products that I always reach for in my collection or products that I always repurchase when I ran out of it. These products are definitely my holy grail products from the drugstore – they have amazing quality and are very affordable!

Essence Bronzing Compact Powder in Love to be Matt – This is definitely my go-to bronzer. The color is just right for my skin tone. The powder is very smooth and very blendable. It’s quite pigmented as well, so my advice is to apply it with a light hand. I’ve had this compact for more than a year now and I think I’ll be hitting pan soon!

ELF Eyeshadow Primer – I have the LORAC Eyeshadow Primer and the Too Faced Shadow Insurance but I always go back to the ELF Eyeshadow Primer! You can never go wrong with this primer from ELF – it works well with high-end and drugstore eyeshadows and it’s so affordable!

LA Girl Pro Conceal High Definition Concealer in Pure Beige – I’m sure you’re all familiar with this concealer by now. This product has been so hyped up since last year and rightfully so! This creamy and highly pigmented concealer rivals even some high-end concealers! But, you can buy this concealer for a fraction of the price of a high-end concealer and it works just as well! It comes in a wide range of colors as well with some darker colors that can work as a cream bronzer or contour!

ELF Eyebrow Treat and Tame – I use this product religiously to set my eyebrows. You can use this over pencil or on its own. The formula of this is pretty amazing! It’s very pigmented and it seems to have a few fibers in it that makes my eyebrows look thicker than they naturally are. I also love how well it sets my brows without making them hard or crispy!

L’Oreal Ultra Sharp Super Liner – This is the best liquid liner that I have ever tried! I’m a bit of a mess when it comes to liquid liners, but this one makes it so easy for me to apply liquid liner! It has a fine brush applicator that allows me to draw a precise line. The formula is also matte and very black! And it lasts throughout the day as well!
